The present invention relates to dandelion root tea containing coffee and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to dandelion root tea having a coffee flavor and which is helpful for health and a manufacturing method thereof. A dandelion root tea manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: an impregnation step of impregnating impregnation liquid containing a coffee extract to dried dandelion roots; a compression step of separating the dandelion roots from the extract and compressing the dendelion roots so as to change the shape of the dendelion roots; a drying step of drying the dandelion roots which completed the compression step; a roasting step of roasting the dandelion roots dried in the drying step; and a cutting step for cutting the dandelion roots roasted in the roasting step fine.
