Disclosed are conductive oxide composite powder, a method for manufacturing a composite solid electrolyte film capable of suppressing a reaction between two materials of the composite powder through the control of an aerosol deposition (AD) process, and a composite solid electrolyte film manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a composite solid electrolyte film according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step of preparing a composite powder of a Li-La-Ti-O based powder and a Li-La-Zr-O based powder; and (b) a step of forming a coating layer by spraying the composite powder onto a substrate using the aerosol deposition method.
