PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical array conversion device, having a structure for converting the array of a plurality of cores each of which functions as an optically independent optical waveguide, as an optical coupling device applied to an optical fiber network. SOLUTION: The optical array conversion device 300 includes a light-incident surface 301, having lens surfaces L which are arranged corresponding to a plurality of incident luminous fluxes; and a light-emitting surface 302, in which light emission regions R corresponding to respective lens surfaces L are arranged differently from the arrangement of the lens surfaces L. The lens surfaces L collimate the incident luminous fluxes. A plurality of optical path conversion units are arranged between the light-incident surface 301 and the light-emitting surface 302 for converting the optical paths of the collimated luminous fluxes, corresponding respectively to the sets of the mutually corresponding lens surfaces L and light emission regions R, and each optical path conversion unit includes mirror surfaces M1 to M4.
