The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a battery cell which transfers a square type battery cell to inject an electrolyte. The apparatus for manufacturing a battery cell includes a transfer jig which touches both sides of a battery cell and is transferred to a main solution jig, and a receiving part which allows the transfer jigs to introduce the mounted battery cell. The apparatus of manufacturing a battery cell includes the main solution jig where the outside of the transfer jig touches the inside of the receiving part in the introduction process.
