The present invention relates to an agricultural chemical composition for a prevention and a treatment of anthracnose and virosis. The composition includes a) a sulfone agent including diamino diphenyl sulfone as an active ingredient; b) a sulfa agent including a mixture of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim or norfloxacin as an active ingredient; c) streptomycin sulfate or kanamycin sulfate; d) Sogyeonghwalhyeol-tang; e) Baenongsan; f) diatomaceous earth; g) Daehwangmokdanpi-tang; and h) Sipmipaedoksan as active ingredients. The composition completely suppresses a formation of spore viscous material and sores generated in crops due to anthracnose and virosis, and has the advantage of a superior treatment speed in curing of diseases.
