The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting a roll gap of a bender of a continuous casting apparatus comprising: a frame part combined to the bender while a bender roll is vertically positioned; a cylinder part installed in the frame part for pressurizing the bender; a sensor part installed in the cylinder part for sensing cylinder rod movement displacement of the cylinder part; and a controlling part for measuring a bender roll gap according to the cylinder rod movement displacement by receiving the cylinder rod movement displacement from the sensor part, and for adjusting a bender roll gap by controlling the operation of the cylinder part in order to make a measurement value of the bender roll gap correspond with a reference value. The apparatus for adjusting a roll gap of a bender is capable of adjusting a roll gap of a bender by accurately measuring the bender roll gap while the bender of a continuous casting apparatus is in a vertical state which is similar to an on-line usage condition.
