The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of traditional sources such as soy sauce, soybean paste, red pepper paste, mixture of soybean paste and red pepper paste, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of sauces containing Allium hookeri-dried powder components, thereby having improved sensority and functionality. Sauces produced by a preparing method of the present invention have tastes and flavors which meet preferences of the new generation by unique smells of Allium hookeri; and as specific antioxidant functionality of Allium hookeri is given, it satisfies consumer preferences as wellbeing food. |
