The present invention relates to an automatic movable bicycle parking system capable of extending floor height which is a new technology which transports the automatic movable bicycle parking system to an installation place after separately manufacturing the portions exceeding a limited height of the traffic laws and conveniently extends floor height by assembling on the spot so as to use the automatic movable bicycle parking system manufactured into a container shape at a factory by transporting to a desired place. The present invention obtains enough floor height by assembling and installing a floor height extending cover on the top of the bicycle parking system so as to prevent bicycles from being collided to the upper part of the bicycle parking system when placing a bicycle layer on the other bicycle layer by lifting the bicycle layer after supporting the bicycles of the bicycle layer inserted into or taken out from the bicycle storing box in the width direction of the bicycle parking system; and temporarily reduces the floor height by separating the floor height extending cover when moving and installing the bicycle parking system to other places not to be against the traffic laws.
