<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing resin using a lattice workpiece, by which when a workpiece, such as a nacelle cover or a spinner plu for wind power generator, is manufactured, a spaced section of the workpiece is filled with a urethane solution to prevent generation of an unworked area due to an empty space at NC machining; and since the workpiece is formed with lattice grooves at every desired interval, a contact area with the resin is enlarged to increase an adhesive force and generate an anchoring effect, thereby preventing the resin from being deformed. The method includes a first step of performing a design of a workpiece, a second step of installing a steel base based on the design of the first step, a third step of adhering plywood to the steel base, a fourth step of closely adhering the workpiece to the plywood, a fifth step of primarily machining an upper surface of the workpiece to have a flat plane, a sixth step of secondarily machining the upper surface of the workpiece which is subjected to the primary machining so that lattice grooves are formed on the upper surface at regular intervals, a seventh step of applying resin onto the workpiece which is subjected to the secondary machining, an eighth step of NC machining the upper surface of the resin, and a ninth step of finishing the resin which is subjected to the NC machining.
