<p>The present invention relates to a beam-forming system and a method for a spot LED lighting and, more specifically, to a beam-forming system and a method for a spot LED lighting comprising a LED array which is consisted of more than two LED light sources having characteristic code of their own and plays a role as an illumination source and a transmission source of information through the visible light, wherein a spot visible light transmission unit capable of adjusting an illumination direction primarily adjusts the illumination direction based on position information of a human body, and secondly enhances the output of the LED light source having the unique characteristic code among the LED array based on the response information of an external terminal device.
