<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently and simply manufacturing a film for optical waveguide that constitutes an optical waveguide, capable of having both an excellent anti-bending characteristic and the decrease in connection loss at a high level, a film for optical waveguide manufactured by the method of manufacturing the film for optical waveguide, to provide an optical waveguide having the film for optical waveguide, to provide an photoelectric consolidated substrate, and to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: By the method of manufacturing a film for optical waveguide used that constitutes an optical waveguide by hardening a liquid film 110 after forming the liquid film 110, by applying a liquid resin composition 100 on the upper surface of a base material 20, the liquid film 110 has a thick film portion whose film thickness is relatively thicker and a thin-film portion whose film thickness is relatively thinner; the base material 20 has ruggedness on the upper surface thereof; and the thick film portion and the thin film portion are formed, by utilizing the difference in the height of the upper surface given by the ruggedness, by applying the liquid resin composition 100 on the upper surface of the base material 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
