PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic vibration hammer which can reduce a fuel consumption and perform efficient operation and an operation method thereof, and a pile driving method. SOLUTION: A hydraulic vibration hammer including plural pumps driven by a motor has control means for performing control so that, during the operation, for a period when at least one of the plural pumps is operating, the motor is rotated by a steady rotation speed, and for a period when all of the plural pumps are not operating, the motor is rotated by a minimum stable rotation speed.
