PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein in an electronic apparatus in which an replacement member is mounted attachably and removably, when it is confirmed whether the replacement member is suitable, an attachment operation for confirming whether the replacement member is suitable is necessary and much unnecessary work is required for attaching the suitable replacement member. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes: a developer storage section 11 having a memory tag 12 storing class information and removably attached to the body of an image forming unit 10; a first information extraction section 18 communicating with the memory tag 12 of the developer storage section 11 attached in an image forming apparatus 1; a second information extracting section 19 communicating with the memory tag 12 of the non-attached developer storage section 11; and class determination means (21, 23 and 24) determining whether the developer storage section 11 prepared as the replacement member is suitable for replacement, based on the class information obtained by the first information extraction section 18 and the class information obtained by the second information extracting section 19.
