ELECTRIC POWER GRINDER OF DIRECT CONNECTION TYPE USING PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

The present invention relates to a direct-coupled electric grinder using a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is used for painting pre-treatment by comprising: a speed regulator for regulating speed; a permanent magnet synchronous motor for generating driving force; a grinding disc which is rotated by the driving force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor; and a work handle. The permanent magnet synchronous motor and the fixation shaft of the grinding disc are directly coupled. The direct-coupled electric grinder has excellent energy efficiency, can regulate the speed and torque, and can perform pre-treatment work with an even quality by adopting a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and directly coupling the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the grinding disc fixation shaft. In addition, the direct-coupled electric grinder can reduce noise and vibration and can be used almost without any suspending part when being used in a small space.
