<p>Many owners or users of motorcycles, motorbikes, scooters, mopeds or cycles are accustomed to using the cycle infrequently according to weather or temperature conditions or considerations. Motorcycle batteries are ill-disposed to being neglected, unused or uncharged. In the interim these cycles are not used and are stored, preferably in a safe, clean, warm and dry environment, such as a heated garage. Many users may not have this environment available. According to the present invention there is provided a flexible cycle heater 1 including an impermeable outer surface, an insulation layer, a heating element, and an electrical connection. The heater may include an optimiser to divert power as appropriate for trickle charging, and may include ventilation and a fan.</p> |
