摘要 It is intended to provide a reaction vessel (such as a nucleic acid amplification vessel) capable of performing a chemical reaction (such as nucleic acid amplification reaction) simply in a short time without being broken, and a nucleic acid amplification method capable of facilitating automation and preventing contamination without increasing the size of an apparatus or complexing the apparatus, and further decreasing waste which may be a cause of contamination. A nucleic acid amplification vessel including a reaction unit for performing a nucleic acid amplification reaction, which has a bottom surface in the shape of having at least two corners and a side surface in the shape of a plane or a curve with either a straight line or a curve line constituting the bottom surface as one side, and an introduction unit for receiving a sample, which has liquid communication with the reaction unit, has a smaller ratio of a surface area to its volume than that of the reaction unit and has a larger volume than that of the reaction unit; and a nucleic acid amplification method and a nucleic acid amplification detection method using the same. A reaction vessel including a housing unit capable of housing at least a suction and discharge portion of a pipette tip and a reaction unit for performing a chemical reaction. A nucleic acid amplification method capable of handling a detachable tip with a built-in filter and a nucleic acid amplification vessel integrally by allowing the tip to hold a solution for a nucleic acid amplification reaction and attaching the tip to the nucleic acid amplification vessel.
