<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when a user selects candidate values. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 32 determines whether or not a basic value B is a prescribed value (1). When the determination result is negative, the controller 32 allows a display device 26 to display numerical value selection indicators 52 for the user to select number N of candidate values C within an object range R with the basic value B as the maximum value and also numerical value establishment indicators 54 for establishing the selection of the user.
