Cosmetic two-component formulation comprises 20-40 wt.% a first substance based on ubiquinone-10, encapsulated in liposomes, and 60-80 wt.% an aqueous gel-like mixture comprising at least one gelling agent, a thickening agent, starch, a monohydric alcohol and a second substance based on fluorocarbons, encapsulated in liposomes. The Brookfield viscosity of the first encapsulated substance and the mixture is 1000-3000 mPas measured at 25[deg] C using plate spindle RV3.
