<p>The invention provides a connector making it possible to prevent a cable from moving during tying a first end portion of the cable with a cable tie inside a case and to thereby improve the operability of the tying work. The connector includes a first case 700a, and a second case 700b. In use, the connector accommodates a cable 100, a contact 200a and a cable tie 500. The contact 200a is connected to the cable 100. The cable tie 500 includes a head 510 and a strap 520. The head 510 has an engaging hole. The strap 520 ties the first end portion 101 of the cable 100 and is engaged in the engaging hole 511 in the head. The first case 700a has a first recess 740a, a second recess 750a, and an housing hole 760a. The first recess 740a houses the strap 520. The second recess 750a is provided on either side in the Y direction of the first recess 740a, and securely houses the first end portion 101 of the cable 100 in position. The housing hole 760a is provided on a side in the X direction of the first recess 740a and houses the head 510.</p> |
