The present invention relates to a pushbutton cock structure for a water purifier and, more specifically, to a pushbutton cock structure for a water purifier with a button and a locking device to prevent damage to the lever of an existing water purifier and the cleanliness issues of the existing water purifier. The water purifier according to the present invention includes a case, a water tank, a compressor, multiple discharge cocks, and a support at the bottom. A discharge cock (500) comprises a pushbutton (520) connected to a body (510) to enable users to discharge water; a push shaft (530) having a circular catching protrusion (531); a cap (540) fixed to one tip end of the body (510); an elastic spring (550); a hermetic fixating sealing bracket (560) to prevent water from leaking; a sliding shaft (570) having a locking member (571); and a locking member (580) to lock the push operation of the pushbutton (520). The present invention resolves problems relating to damage to a lever type discharge cock by applying a button type discharge cock; resolves cleanliness issues; and prevents water from being sloshed from the inside of a cup due to the mischief of children and the careless use of users when the water purifier discharges the water into the cup. |
