<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a VaRTM (vacuum depressurization assisting resin transfer molding) of an FRP panel structure having a projection part, such as a stiffener, on the panel with the high positioning accuracy of the projection part. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a fiber-reinforced plastic structure includes steps of: arranging fixtures 22, 23, which respectively have structures engaging with one another, so as to contact at least one surface of the projection part of a preform 23 and the panel 23; impregnating the preform 22 and 23 with resin; and, after completing the impregnation, sucking to remove the excess resin, wherein the projection part is positioned by engaging the fixtures 22, 23 after the time point of starting the steps until the curing of the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
