PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery-preventive technique which is simpler and permits high-reliability determination because, when functional material such as cholesteric liquid crystal having the function different from hologram in an authenticity identification element using the hologram is laminated, the lamination steps are complicated and it is difficult to suppress the deterioration such as out-of-focus image and distortion of a hologram image due to lamination. SOLUTION: Holograms are discretely disposed in order to enhance the authenticity in the authenticity identification element using the holograms, a gap of the holograms is turned into a light-scattering rough surface and, thereby, a hologram image can not be recognized under usual observation but the method capable of visualizing the hologram image is permitted only by using a prescribed authenticity determining sheet.
