The present invention relates to a power generation system using the passage of a vehicle, comprising: a plurality of inclined pads (100) arranged on a road and operated by the load of a passing vehicle (V); a plurality of compression devices (200) connected to the inclined pads (100) to supply air, which is compressed by an interlocking piston (214), to a compression tank (300); a pressure tank (300) for storing the air supplied by the compression device (200); a nozzle (330) arranged at one side of the pressure tank (300) to guide the air contained in the pressure tank (300) to be discharged outside by being selectively opened and closed according to the pressure in the pressure tank (300); a power generation part (500) including a plurality of blades (520) rotating around a rotational axis (510) and generating power by being rotated by the pressure of the air being discharged through the nozzle (330); and an electricity generation part (600) for interlocking with the power generation part (500) and generating electricity by receiving the power generated by the rotation of the power generation part (500). According to the power generation system using the passage of a vehicle of the present invention, eco-friendly energy can be produced without the restriction of the natural environment.
