The present invention relates to a preparing method of meat products such as hamburger patties, grilled short rib patties, sausages, etc., and more specifically, to a preparing method of meat products containing Allium hookeri-dried powder components thereby having improved sensority and functionality. Meat products produced by a preparing method of the present invention have improved processability by allowing ground meat to clump together by adhesive properties of Allium hookeri; have tastes and flavors which meet preferences of the new generation by unique smells of Allium hookeril; and as specific antioxidant functionality of Allium hookeri is given, it satisfies consumer preferences as wellbeing food. |
