The intention of the present invention is to use hydraulic transfer to form, on the surface of an object of decoration, a decorative film having a surface with glossiness differences, and to do so without using pigment. A decorative coating (16) is obtained by using a hydraulic transfer sheet (10). The hydraulic transfer sheet (10) has a water soluble film (18), and design print layer sections (22) and solid print layer sections (24) that are sequentially formed on the water soluble film. The design print layer sections (22) contain a resin which can absorb a portion of a top coat (26) that is coated onto a print layer (20) after hydraulic transfer.
