Broadband microwave frequency device with switching gain

The device has an output switch (C2) with an input control (Ct) to be switched in an amplification or non-amplification position in which a microwave frequency output (S) is connected to an end (Em) of an input transmission line (Lg) to transmit an input signal (Ue) to the output. The output is connected to an output end (Sd) of a distributed amplifier (Ld) to transmit the input signal to the output in the amplification position. A control unit (UC) provides control signals to control position of the switch from two paths to one path and for controlling state of amplifier cells (Cl1-Cln).
