<p>The method involves determining amount of water vapor required for increasing desired air humidity in a closed chamber (2). The water vapor is generated through heating of the water reservoir with a heat source i.e. microwave source (24), when the necessary amount of water vapor is high. The water vapor is generated through evaporation at a surface of the water reservoir when the necessary amount of water vapor is low. Air flow over the surface of the reservoir is used during generation of water vapor through evaporation for transferring evaporated water vapor from the surface to the chamber. An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a method for setting air humidity in a closed chamber.</p> |
