PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform setting of an inside network apparatus from the outside when restriction of communication to the inside from the outside of a local network is performed by a firewall function. SOLUTION: A first computer includes: a setting means performing setting of a first network apparatus by an exchange between requests and responses; a request communication log acquisition means acquiring the requests, arranging the requests, and generating a request communication log; an electronic mail generation means generating an electronic mail attached with the request communication log as an attachment file; and an electronic mail transmission means transmitting the electronic mail to a second computer. The second computer has: an electronic mail reception means receiving the electronic mail; an electronic mail decoding means decoding the attachment file attached to the electronic mail to generate the request communication log; and a request communication log reproduction means transmitting the requests included in the request communication log to a second network apparatus.
