Luminous ceiling

The ceiling has light elements (2) lying in parallel at smaller distance and connected with each other by retaining elements (3) arranged between the light elements. The light elements are connected with a room ceiling. The retaining elements have a lowering unit (4) at which the light elements are detachably fastened in a reversible manner. The light elements are pivotably mounted from downwards. Each light element is lowered in an output position and a position in which the retaining elements are deepened. A transparent element is made of polymethyl methacrylate.
