The device has a solar device (3) for producing thermal energy that is transmitted to a fluid medium. A heat pump (1) comprises two operating conditions, where ambient air is provided as a heat source for the heat pump in one of the operating condition, and the thermal energy is transmitted to the ambient air by a heat transmission device (22) in another operating condition. The heated ambient air is provided a heat source for the heat pump. A fluid heat transfer medium is guided in the heat transmission device by a pipe line (23), and the solar device is connected with a storage unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for heating and/or cooling a building. |
