<p>Disclosed in the present invention is a communication type navigation system capable of searching a route by detecting traffic changes. Provided in the present invention is the communication type navigation system which comprises: a terminal which has geographical information and generates a route request signal and a traffic change check request signal; a service server which searches a route by receiving the route request signal in order to transmit the searched route to the terminal and a traffic analysis server, and receives the traffic change check request signal in order to transmit the signal to the traffic analysis server; and a traffic analysis server which stores the route searched by the service server and traffic situations inside the searched route into a database, compares the current traffic situation of the searched route with the traffic situation previously stored in the database by receiving the traffic change check request signal, and then transmits the traffic change results to the terminal through the service server.
