<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise without disturbing an air flow produced by a fan in a blower with a balancer for adjusting a balance. <P>SOLUTION: The blower includes: fans 1, 2 that provide a momentum to air by rotating; a shaft 32 serving as a rotary shaft of the fans 1, 2; a plurality of pendulums 61 rotatable about the shaft 32; and a pendulum housing 62 for housing the plurality of pendulums 61.
