PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board case to which a circuit board is fixed, a circuit portion being attached from a case portion without touching a component portion and also easily detached. SOLUTION: The circuit board case includes the case portion 1 having an opening in an upper surface, a cover portion 2, and the circuit portion 3 mounted in the case portion, and is provided with a substrate attaching/detaching portion 7 allowing the circuit portion 3 to be freely attached in the case portion 1 and detached. A first cut portion 8 is formed in one side face of the case portion 1, and the cover portion 2 has a cut cover portion 9 which is fitted to the first cut portion 8. The substrate attaching/detaching portion 7 includes a projection portion 10 and a hook portion 11, wherein the hook portion 11 includes a one side face-side hook portion 12 provided on one side face side of the case portion 1 and an other side face-side hook portion 13 provided on the other side face side opposed to the one side face side of the case portion, and the one side face-side hook portion 12 is opposed to the first cut portion 8.
