The present invention relates to a combined device which the installation of a separate sampler on a tank is not necessary and which discharges collected objects to the outside or transports the collected objects by containing a separate a transparent pipe as an opening valve for discharging the objects received inside a receiving unit such as a tank and a sampler for collecting some of the objects are formed on one mounting unit and the mounting unit is installed on a tank. The receiving unit includes a receiving part for receiving the objects and a reception discharge part connected to the same. To achieve the same, the opening valve combined with a sampler according to the present invention includes mounting unit which is installed on the reception discharge part and which includes a main discharge part on one side and a sampling discharge part on the other side; a main opening valve unit for opening and closing an inner flow passage connecting the reception discharge part of the receiving unit and the main discharge part of the mounting unit; and a sampling unit which is mounted on the sampling discharge part of the mounting unit and which collects the object of the receiving part. |
