<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, since heat of a heat generation component is individually radiated from a radiator plate formed of a metal plate or the like and a lead wire, reduction of height and increase of heat radiation are difficult. <P>SOLUTION: This radiator plate 18 includes: a metal plate 20 having one or more flat parts, and one or more step parts each formed of a processed part 21; and a sheet-like heat-transfer layer 17 formed on the metal plate 20 and containing a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler. Formation of the radiator plate 18 wherein the heat-transfer layer 17 is formed on the flat part adjacent to the step parts, and a part of the heat-transfer layer 17 covers a part or more of the step part, allows height-reduced mounting and increase of heat radiation of a heat radiation component 11 mounted on the radiator plate 18 and having lead wires 12, and the thicknesses of a plasma TV and other apparatuses can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
