PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing carbon-containing non-fired agglomerated ore for a blast furnace by adding water to a pulverized iron-containing raw material, a pulverized carbon material and a hydraulic binder, mixing them and granulating the mixture, in which the amount of the hydraulic binder added is reduced. SOLUTION: The method of producing carbon-containing non-fired agglomerated ore for a blast furnace includes: adding water to a pulverized iron-containing raw material, a pulverized carbon material and a hydraulic binder, mixing them, and granulating the mixture. In the method, silica having an average particle diameter of≤0.15μm is added to the hydraulic binder, preliminary mixed in advance, thereafter, a pulverized iron-containing raw material and a pulverized carbon material are added, water is added, mixed, and the mixture is granulated.
