In this conductive sheet and touch panel, a first conductive pattern (18A) has a band-shaped section (20) extending in the y-direction; a second conductive pattern (18B) has a plurality of electrode sections (30) that are each connected in the x-direction by a connection section (28); the first conductive pattern (18A) and the second conductive pattern (18B) are both configured combining a first lattice (26) and a second lattice (27) (having a size larger than that of the first lattice (26)); the facing portions of each of the bandshaped section (20) of the first conductive pattern (18A) and the connection section (28) of the second conductive pattern (18B) are configured from a plurality of second lattices (27); and when seen from the upper surface, the facing portions of the band-shaped section (20) and the connection section (28) have a form combining a plurality of first lattices (26). |
