The present invention relates to a lighting lamp comprising a radiant heat support body which comprises a bottom unit which is lengthily formed to up and down directions and a pair of wall units which is positioned in both end units of the bottom unit; a plurality of LED light sources which is separated to each other on the bottom unit of the radiant heat support body according to the length direction of the bottom unit; a reflective sheet which comprises the center unit fixed to the bottom unit of the radiant heat support body and both end units supported by the wall units of the radiant heat support body and which comprises a reflective layer on the outer surface; and a plurality of penetration holes which is separated to each other according to the length direction in the center unit of the reflective sheet and which exposes the LED light sources. The length of the reflective sheet corresponds to the length of the radiant heat support body.
