The present invention relates to a wave power generation apparatus. The wave power generation apparatus includes: a case which is capable of floating on water, and formed with an inlet for flowing in water; bellows which is arranged on the inside of the case, with the ability to move up and down, and which is funneled with the inlet, thereby capable of elevating when the water flows in and descending when the water flows out; and a power generation unit which is mounted on the bellows to relatively move together with a coil reciprocally moving up and down, in order to generate induced electromotive force used for generating electric power.
