<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a person summarizing work reports about a task, when processing of the task is shared among a plurality of persons. <P>SOLUTION: User attributes of persons sharing in processing of a registration object task in which report content information of individual reports is registered is acquired, and a correspondence relation storage part is referred to acquire report attribute information corresponding to the acquired user attribute information. With respect to individual reports from the persons sharing in processing, the acquired report attribute information and report content information of the individual reports are registered in a database in association with identification information of the registration object task. Report attribute information of individual reports and report content information which are related to a generation object task about which a general report will be generated are read out from the database, and a label is given to report contents on the basis of the read report attribute information, and a general report about the generation object task is generated on the basis of the report content information to which the label has been given. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
