PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device that reduces a rush current at the input of power supply while suppressing an increase of the number of part items necessary for manufacturing and an increase of cost.
SOLUTION: A switch 60 which is arranged in order to prevent an excessive current from flowing from a battery 8 on the occurrence of failure is constituted of first and second FETs 61, 62. The first and second FETs 61, 62 are connected to each other in series so that their parasitic diodes are reversely arranged. Switching control signals Ssw are imparted to gate terminals of both the FTEs 61, 62 for on/off-controlling the first and second FETs 61, 62, and the switching control signals Ssw are changed so that their duty ratios are gradually increased to one from zero at the input of the power supply. In such an input of the power supply, a surge absorbing Zener diode 72 functions as a backflow diode.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
