The present invention relates to a water dispersion halogen-capping polyalkylacrylate and a block copolymer using thereof. The present invention not only provides the water dispersion halogen-capping polyalkylacrylate with improved stickiness, but also the block copolymer with a polyvinyl chloride based monomer using the water dispersion halogen-capping polyalkylacrylate as a chain transfer agent, thereby offering effects of improved stickiness, an increase in molecular weight, an improvement of distribution, and a prevention of yellowing.
