A bicycle for exercise and leisure according to the present invention comprises: a front wheel; a rear wheel; a front fork; a rear fork; a directional lever; a seat; a support; a backstay; and a chain wheel with a pedal. A traverse lever is connected between the fork and the support, the support extends to a back end, and a lower end of the support is geared with the rear fork. The directional lever, rotatable, is set in an upper end of the front fork. The seat may be detached from the support and a connection lever is positioned between the seat and the support. A mounting bolt is positioned at one side of an upper end of the support. A foldable backstay, movable, is fixed at an end of the traverse lever. A supporting unit for enabling a user′s head to lean on is positioned on an upper surface of the backstay. A damping spring has one side fixed at a position near the support under the traverse lever and the other side set in the rear fork. The present invention is simply designed and enables people with different physiques to comfortably ride with various postures while feeling freshness and interest. |
