The present invention relates to a double cap for adding an additive and, specifically, to a device for enabling the additive embedded in the inside to be added into a beverage container according as an upper cap is rotated, comprising: the upper cap (100) forming an inside screw part (110) on an inner surface of an outer side, forming a pipe part (120) at a position spaced inwards from the inner surface of the outer side, and forming a first separation film (121) and a first penetration hole (122) at a lower part of the pipe part (120); and a lower cap (200) screw-coupled to the inside screw part (110) of the upper cap (100) and forming an accommodation part (220) having an outside screw part (210) at an upper part, inserting the accommodation part (220) around the pipe part (120) and forming a second separation film (221) and a second penetration hole (222) at a lower part of the accommodation part (220). The present invention forms screw threads on the inside of an outer side at the lower part of the lower cap (200) to be screw-coupled to screw threads formed at a neck part (300) of the beverage container, and accordingly may add the additive by a rotary method, not a push method, thereby may prevent unwanted addition of the additive caused by an accidental push and enables a user to drink content to which the additive embedded in the double cap is added. So the present invention improves storage easiness and drinking convenience because of not being influenced by the light and the temperature, selects various additives, uses the selected additives and, also, reuses them.
