Assembly for a turbocharger may comprise a washer for setting a location and including a peripheral unit including a shaft, a chord segment formed by apothem measured from the shaft, a major arc formed by an end unit of the chord segment, and a radius measured from the shaft; bearing assembly including an external net including a peripheral unit including the shaft and the chord segment formed by the apothem measured from the shaft; and a housing including a bore for storing the bearing assembly and a recess for storing the washer for setting the location to separate the washer for setting the location from the shafts of the external net as a larger distance than the sum of the apothems providing the touch between the chord segments in at least one rotations among the external nets within the bore and the washer for setting the location within the recess.
