摘要 The present invention relates to a COB LED module supporting single wavelength control which uses a COB LED as a light source, includes an offset lighting circuit for fine-tuning the same, and controls the same through a chipset-structure system. The LED module given in the present invention includes: a chip on board (COB) substrate; an LED chip array which is mounted on the component-mounted surface of the COB substrate and generates light of a certain wavelength; an input line which applies power to the LED chip array; an offset tuning volume which is connected between the input line and the LED chip array and fine-tunes power applied to LED chips; a silicon cover which fixes the LED chip array, is highly transparent, and has a good heat-resistant property; and a heat dissipation unit which dissipates heat generated in the LED chips by being attached to the opposite surface of the COB substrate. According to the present invention, the COB LED module supporting single wavelength control is able to accurately generate light of a desired wavelength by independently fine-tuning power to each of the LED chips using the offset tuning volume and prevent failures even in long-term use by increasing heat dissipation efficiency using a radiation-type heat dissipation device while having a compact COB structure.
