The present invention relates to an AC/DC converter in which a flyback transformer and an inductor of a boost PFC are integrated into one and a method for preventing the saturation of magnetic density by shifting a phase. A magnetic integrated circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a PFC-stage which includes a boost inductor; and the flyback transformer which includes a first winding and a second winding. The boost inductor, the first winding of the flyback transformer, and the second winding of the flyback transformer are wound around a core.
