The present invention relates to a biodegradable fabric for bedding with excellent exothermic properties; more specifically, to a biodegradable fabric for bedding with excellent exothermic properties as well as antibiosis, which is knitted or twill woven by using a biodegradable recycled antibiotic polyester hollow fiber as warp and sheath-core type polyester exothermic hollow fiber as weft yarn. The polyester hollow fiber satisfies 15-25% of hollow ratio; the polyester exothermic hollow fiber is coated with zirconium carbide and satisfies 25-35% of hollow ratio. The polyester exothermic hollow fiber is comprised in a ratio of 30-50 wt%.
