The present invention relates to a method for using rest areas such as banks of paddies, banks of fields, waysides, and riversides as small farmlands, and specifically, to the method for creating a small farmland growing crops and fruit trees by collecting soil inside the rest area, planting seedlings, and covering up seed with simply composed soil. The small farmland according to the present invention is capable of confining water easily and doesn′t require herbicides and weeding when planting seedlings or growing crops, and can be well-ventilated even without removing of banks of paddies. Therefore, harvesting of crops and fruits can be easy without weeds to reduce hand to reduce the time for farming and boost farmers′income, and conversion of rest areas into farmlands to be useful can contribute to beautification of the country. |
