A cleaning fluid supply device is provided with: a cleaning fluid retention tank (T2) that temporarily retains a cleaning fluid; a high-pressure pump (22) that pressurizes the cleaning fluid from the cleaning fluid retention tank to high pressure and transports the same; an internal combustion engine (23) that rotationally drives the high pressure pump; and an engine controller (27) that implements rotational speed control of the engine. In addition, a discharge path (22b) for discharging the high pressure cleaning fluid pressurized by the high-pressure pump (22) and an excess fluid path (22c) that returns excess fluid out of the high-pressure cleaning fluid from the high-pressure pump into the cleaning fluid retention tank (T2) are provided. The engine controller (27) acquires the flow rate of the cleaning fluid moving forward in the discharge path (22b) for the high pressure cleaning fluid from the high-pressure pump (22) by a high pressure sensor (24) provided on the high-pressure pump and implements control that increases or reduces the rotational speed of the engine. |
